The Onum Enrichment feature allows you to upload data files and enhance existing data by adding new information from external sources to your actions.
Go to Your Vault > Enrichment.
Click the Enrichment tab for a general overview of all the data uploads in your Tenant and the events generated. Here's what you will find:
The Key Column assigned to your Lookup upon upload.
The total number of columns it contains.
The size of the lookup (in KB).
When your lookup was last updated.
Any tags assigned to it.
To remove a lookup, click the Ellipses in the card and select Remove.
If your Lookup is in use, you can see where it is being used and specify from where to remove it.
To edit a lookup, select the Ellipses in the card and select Edit.
To upload a new lookup, select New enrichment.
Enter a Name, Description and add any Tags to identify your uploaded data easily.
Click to upload your file or drag it to add it.
Once loaded, you can see a preview of your enrichment data. You can modify it before uploading in the following ways:
Rename the column header using the ellipses.
Change the data type using the ellipses.
Drag and drop the columns to change the order.
Delete the lookup.
Hover over a column and select Set as Key Column to assign it as key. In the action, you will choose the field to match the primary key of the lookup.
Choose whether you wish to use the first line as the header & select Finish to begin uploading.
The Create Version functionality lets you update a lookup to its newest version without deleting a previous one.
In the new version window, you can change the type of any new columns you wish to add before saving.
All versions are available to access via the version tree that appears. Click one to see details of the logs it contains.
Click the ellipses and select Set as active to choose the version you wish to use.
The available statuses are:
The current and active version of the lookup.
A previous version.
When an error has occurred in the Lookup.
